about paducah iNN BOUTIQUE HOTEL BED & BREAKFAST

Paducah Inn Boutique Hotel is a Queen Anne style Victorian Home.  Located at 1310 Broadway, Paducah Bed and Breakfast is Paducah's link to George Washington.

Lawrence Augustus Washington, known formally as L. A. Washington was hired by the city of Paducah in 1904 to become the city engineer.  His daughter was named Leslie Ann Washington.  Leslie was also L. A. Washington.  She was born a Washington and married a Washington.

The home was built in 1895. The homeowners were the descendents of George Washington's beloved half brother from his father's 1st marriage. George did not have any biological children.  Mark and Valerie Fredrick of 1st Ky Realty, LLC - real estate brokers - saved the home from becoming a parking lot. There are 5 Bedrooms and +/- 3,625 sq. ft. of tall ceilings. The kitchen has been modernized while maintaining the  elegance of a fine Queen Anne style Victorian home.

Stay cozy with gas fireplaces, 10-11 foot ceilings, and many family heirlooms. Escape to the historic area of Paducah Kentucky, and experience 1895!  Paducah Bed and Breakfast is the perfect retreat for small groups and overnight guests. Close to dining, entertainment, antique shopping, and the riverfront district.
